At Coin‑Funded, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent evaluation experience for all traders. To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect our proprietary systems, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The evaluation account has not been accessed, meaning no login attempts have been made using the credentials provided.
  • The evaluation account has not been traded, meaning no trades, orders, or activity of any kind have been placed.

Non‑Refundable Conditions

A refund cannot be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • The user has logged into the evaluation account (accessing credentials counts as use of the product).
  • Any trading activity, including opening or closing orders, has occurred.
  • The user has violated platform rules, risk parameters, or terms of service.
  • The evaluation period has expired.

Once an account is accessed or traded, the service is considered delivered and consumed, and therefore becomes non‑refundable.

Processing Refund Requests

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you may contact our support team at support@coin-funded.com with your order details.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing an evaluation or account from Coin‑Funded, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
