Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Affiliate Program

The Affiliate Program allows approved Affiliates to promote the Company's services offered under the Coin Funded brand and earn commissions for eligible referrals, subject to these Affiliate Terms.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• have full legal capacity;
• not be located in, or targeting, restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions;
• comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.

2.2 Application and Approval

Participation is subject to review and approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1 Lawful Promotion

Affiliates must promote the Services in a lawful, honest, and transparent manner. Affiliates shall not:

• make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims;
• imply guaranteed profits, income, or success;
• present the Services as investment products, financial services, or real-money trading;
• provide investment advice, trading advice, or signals;
• misrepresent the Company's regulatory status.

3.2 Compliance with Policies

Affiliates must comply with:

• these Affiliate Terms;
• the Company's General Terms and Conditions;
• applicable advertising, consumer protection, and unfair trading laws;
• platform rules of any third-party websites or social media channels used for promotion.

3.3 Branding and Content

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by the Company. Any modification or creation of marketing content must not infringe intellectual property rights or mislead users.

4. Prohibited Promotional Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• spam, unsolicited messaging, or mass emailing;
• misleading paid advertising or impersonation of the Company;
• bidding on the Company's brand name or trademarks in paid search ads without written consent;
• cookie stuffing or manipulation of tracking systems;
• self-referrals or referrals generated by the Affiliate's own purchases;
• incentivised traffic without prior approval.

5. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked using unique affiliate links or codes provided by the Company. The Company is not responsible for tracking failures caused by technical issues, cookie blocking, or user behavior.

Only referrals that are correctly tracked, valid, and not subject to fraud or abuse shall be eligible for commission.

6. Commissions

6.1 Commission Structure

Commission rates, qualifying actions, and payout thresholds are determined by the Company and displayed within the affiliate dashboard or communicated separately. The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time.

6.2 Eligible Transactions

Commissions are earned only on completed, valid, and non-refunded purchases made by referred customers, subject to verification.

6.3 Non-Payment and Adjustments

The Company may withhold or reverse commissions for:

• refunded or disputed transactions;
• chargebacks;
• fraudulent, abusive, or invalid referrals;
• breaches of these Affiliate Terms.

7. Payments to Affiliates

7.1 Payment Method

Affiliate commissions are paid using methods determined by the Company, which may include bank transfer or third-party payment providers.

7.2 Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes arising from commissions earned. The Company does not provide tax advice.

7.3 Verification

The Company may require identity, tax, or compliance verification prior to releasing payments.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Coin Funded are the intellectual property of the Company. No rights are granted except the limited right to promote the Services in accordance with these Affiliate Terms.

9. Term and Termination

9.1 Term

These Affiliate Terms remain in effect for as long as the Affiliate participates in the Affiliate Program.

9.2 Termination by Company

The Company may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation immediately and without notice for breach of these Affiliate Terms or applicable law.

9.3 Termination by Affiliate

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by ceasing promotion and notifying the Company.

Upon termination, all promotional rights cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

11. Indemnification

The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Affiliate's breach of these Affiliate Terms or unlawful promotional activities.

12. Confidentiality

Any non-public information disclosed to the Affiliate in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be treated as confidential.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Affiliate Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Affiliate and the Company regarding the Affiliate Program.
